2017 – What a year it was!
Twenty Seventeen was quite a special year for me. I got the opportunity to travel a lot, to write quite a bit, and to spend more time with my family (which grew by two numbers – thanks to Ikru & Boo, our kittens – nay, our babies!) Archana formally switched over to the exciting career of make-up artistry, and December was her best month till date in terms of bookings. Things went great at work too. We were also fortunate enough to buy our own little nest – a lovely little apartment, this year!
It wasn’t all romantic though – we had our share of lows. Life did let us down quite a bit as well… We did go through excruciating moments of pain and suffering – sometimes with no one else for company.
Yet – we survived… And we’re alive, and kickin’, fellas! And that’s the best part of it!
None of it would have been possible, had it not been for the support of a LOT of people. There’s too many to count, so I’m not naming any one… But you know who you are! And, I want to take this opportunity to say Thank You!
Thank you for all the kindness, love, and blessing you have given us. Thank you for all the gifts you have given us – be it in the form of a smile when we met, or even a ‘like’ on a social media post… Thank you for helping us when we needed your help most… Thank you for making us smile, when we were down in pain…
If you are reading this, I want to thank you too – cause you took your time to visit my humble online abode!As Archana and I step into 2018, with a lot of hope – one thing we won’t ever forget is the kindness you have showered upon us. We won’t forget that, ever! And we’ll be there for y’all if/when you need us!
With that… I’d like to thank all of you once again, and wish everyone a Happy 2018! May 2018 usher in the best for all of us! May we all enjoy the lovely gifts this life had to offer! May we all stay happy!
